Where do you deliver and how much it cost?
No matter where you live in Malaysia, we will deliver your order anywhere you are, as fast as possible. All orders are processed within 24 hours.
Your parcel will be delivered via NinjaVan, DHL Express, or Poslaju.
*Shipping rates will be displayed upon your checkout.
How long does the delivery take?
Express Delivery : 2 – 3 business days
Standard Delivery : 5 – 7 business days
*Excludes weekends and public holidays.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email/sms containing a unique tracking number for you to keep track on the status of your parcel at all times.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at our contact page for further instructions. Once the exchange is acknowledged, you will need to return your item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will send out your new item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
